Change can be a source of stress and anxiety for many. Yet change is the only constant in the universe. This meditation is designed to instill acceptance, comfort, resilience with change.


Om (Aum) is a very simple sound with a complex meaning. It is the whole universe coalesced into a single word, representing the union of mind, body, and spirit. This traditional chant is combined with the peaceful sounds of a rainforest and a calming C major chord (the root note) to produce a tranquil state. This meditation also uses the latest neuroscience of stimulating the vagal system with sound or music to tone it.


In western societies, the body and mind are the dominate focus. Most people identify themselves as their body and mind. However, that is not who we are. Both the body and mind change and what is always present is awareness and consciousness. As one meditates the realization we are not the body and the mind often develops.
