The Awareness of Space
Too often in our modern culture we rush from even to event or activity to activity. Seldom do we take the time just to be, or have transition time between events of the day.
The "Awareness of Space" is a guided meditation to foster quietening of the mind and creating space between activities of the day.
It is great for teachers to use at the beginning of a class to nudge students to become present by guiding them to leave the previous events behind and "be" in the current moment; which is what's in front of them.
The meditation uses NeuroPatterning”™ Meditation techniques to anchor the mind to the current moment.
